Laia Benaiges Monné

I have a degree in Advertising and Public Relations (ICPS-UB) and I also have a Master's in Political and Institutional Marketing (ICPS-UAB), a Postgraduate in SEO and Social Media for Communicators (UPF) and several specialized trainings, such as Branding and Brand Strategy (Complot Escuela de Creatividad), Professional Narrative (Laboratori Lletres de Barcelona) and Conscious Leadership (Fil a l'Agulla).

Before embarking on my professional adventure as a freelancer in communication in 2013, I accumulated a rich and varied experience as a content coordinator at ONGC magazine , as a creative at the TGD Comunicació agency and as a youth and volunteer technician at the Valls City Council , among other previous jobs that allowed me to live and discover the world while I was studying, from being responsible for temporary accommodation in Les Pobles, to being a shop assistant at H&M or FNAC, to being a waitress.

The network of collaborators at Monné Comunicació would not be what it is without Espai La Magrana , the coworking space that I launched in Valls in 2014 and which has become much more than a shared workspace: it is a meeting point for people who want to create, collaborate and share. Thanks to La Magrana, we traveled all over Spain accompanying and training more than 40 coworking spaces through the LECO consultancy .

They say they are a creative, biased, curious, “chicken catcher” and imaginative person. Someone who knows how to combine curiosity with resolution. I am a true hybrid, who moves easily between the countryside and the city, between order and adventure, between chaos and structure. And this mixture and ability to adapt is my driving force and source of inspiration.
